Steel melting shop producing blooms and small slabs in high quality steel with capacity of 200.000 to 400.000 tpy

This is the first melting shop using induction furnaces route, melting scrap to produce only high-quality steel.

This peculiar project is a great success, melting the owner’s traditional experience in high capacity melting shops with STS long experience in small size plant with induction melting.

The key of success for this project is the smart optimization of know-how and experience in laying out, selecting the correct high-performance equipment suitable for continuous production with only planned shut-down periods and requiring mainly preventive minimum maintenance.
