Continuous Casting Machines

The general purpose of a Continuous casting machine is to control the solidification process of the steel transforming liquid steel in good quality billets, blooms or slabs.

Since 1984 STS has been involved in continuous casting development with the main aim to design everyday better machinery finding solutions to particular problems and reducing maintenance.

The result of many years of experience in designing and installing casters worldwide is a genuine product designed for today and tomorrow with features and capabilities for the most exigent steel producer. Our caster is every day under an improvement process and is a machine comparable or even much better than any other leading caster available today, its supervision, fully in house developed, covers manages and processes all working parameters.
